what lilith is looking for
We accept Men’s & Women’s clean, gently worn, current trends, and unique vintage pieces that fit our vibe: practical, expressive, a little edge, and ready for their next life.
We are only taking fall items right now; we prioritize tops, pants, and things that can transition into fall season easily. at the end of September, we will take winter clothes as well.
Best categories for this season: TOPS, on-trend denim, pants, funky pants, sweaters, jackets, athleisure wear, shoes, Boots, quality basics, playful statement pieces, mountain-town essentials, vintage pieces, bags + accessories.
Yes we do take mens clothes! we prioritize mens street wear and rarly take mens dress shirts/pants/shoes.
what lilith doesn’t take
To keep the floor curated (and fair to sellers), we can’t accept:
Stained, heavily worn, or pilling items
Strong odors (smoke, mildew, heavy perfume)
Undergarments
Used socks, used swimwear
Low-quality pieces that don’t hold up well
Things we do not take: skinny jeans, high heels, wedding dress’s/bridesmaid dresses/mother of bride dresses.
How Payout Works
We are not consingment, we buy your clothes directly from you. You get paid directly after we evaluate your clothes!
We evaluate each item based on condition, demand, season, and brand quality.
You can choose:
VENMO payout: Most offers reflect 10-25% of our planned resale price. Exceptional pieces may receive higher offers based on brand, condition, fabric, demand, and uniqueness. We do not offer cash or check.
Store credit: We offer a digital link store credit gift card you can use at anytime!
All purchases are final once accepted and paid.
Example:
$2–$16 for everyday basics & strong mid-range items in excellent condition
$16–$40+ for special pieces (premium brands, leather, wool, silk, standout vintage)
Numbers vary by item, but we’ll always tell you the offer clearly before you decide.
Kind Note About Declines
We can’t accept every item brought to us. Decisions to decline items are sometimes driven by factors unrelated to quality, such as limited floor space, seasonal demand, or current inventory levels. We truly appreciate you bringing items in and supporting our community-based shop.
When we don’t accept an item, we may ask whether you’d like to donate it to our donation rack. Proceeds from the donation rack benefit a different local nonprofit each month. Thank you for your support. This month at Lilith Moon, we're proud to support Body Kind Vail. BodyKind Vail is a nonprofit focused on eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image. Through peer-support groups, community education, advocacy, mealtime support, and more, BodyKind creates space for individuals to feel seen, understood, and supported in recovery while working to prevent eating disorders from taking root in our community.

Walk-In Days: Wednesday & Thursday
How walk in days work:
First come, first served, and each session runs about 30 minutes. We can take up to 8 people per day, and look at up to 20 items per person. One session per week per person please.
The earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait. Spot 1 (10am) means no wait at all; by spot 8 (1:30pm) it's roughly a 3.5-hour wait, since each session takes about 30 minutes.
When you walk in you can check to see our wait list and time slots that are avavilable, then put your name down for a time slot that works for you.
Your clothes have to stay with you until it's your turn, we're not able to accept drop-offs.
If you're not able to check in at your time slot, we may have to give your spot to someone else.
Appointment Days: Friday & Saturday
Appointments are 30min each.
Appointment sign-ups open 48 hours prior the week. We do not book out in advance.
prep checklist
Before you come in:
Right now, we are only taking fall clothes. We will start taking winter items in October.
Items must be brought in a reusable bag, basket, or box (not on hangers and not in garbage bags).
Items must be clean/washed, and dry.
Please bring no more than 20 items per visit.
We reserve the right to limit intake during busy periods.
