We accept Men’s & Women’s clean, gently-worn, current pieces that fit our vibe: practical, expressive, a little edge, and ready for their next life.
We are prioritizing in-season items. - Please bring us spring and summer items right now!
Best categories: denim, outerwear, sweaters, Athlesiure wear, boots, shoes, quality basics, playful statement pieces, mountain-town essentials, vintage pieces, bags + accessories.
what lilith doesn’t take
To keep the floor curated (and fair to sellers), we can’t accept:
Stained, heavily worn, or pilling items
Strong odors (smoke, mildew, heavy perfume)
Undergarments
Used socks, used swimwear
Fast-fashion / low-quality pieces that don’t hold up well
Brands we don’t accept
Target, Walmart, SHEIN, Forever 21
We usually pass on:
Ultra-fast fashion and “made-to-fall-apart” brands (ex: SHEIN / Temu-type labels)
Mass-produced mall basics with heavy wear
Counterfeits / dupes
How Payout Works
We evaluate each item based on condition, demand, season, and brand quality.
You can choose:
Cash payout: Most offers reflect 10-25% of our planned resale price. Exceptional pieces may receive higher offers based on brand, condition, fabric, demand, and uniqueness.
Store credit: We offer a digital link store credit gift card.
All purchases are final once accepted and paid.
Example:
$2–$16 for everyday basics & strong mid-range items in excellent condition
$16–$40+ for special pieces (premium brands, leather, wool, silk, standout vintage)
Numbers vary by item, but we’ll always tell you the offer clearly before you decide.
Kind Note About Declines
We can’t accept every item brought to us. Decisions to decline items are sometimes driven by factors unrelated to quality, such as limited floor space, seasonal demand, or current inventory levels. We truly appreciate you bringing items in and supporting our community-based shop.
When we don’t accept an item, we may ask whether you’d like to donate it to our donation rack. Proceeds from the donation rack benefit a different local nonprofit each month. Thank you for your support.
OUR BUYING hours
We review items during dedicated Buy Hours:
Wednesday – Saturday: 10am–2pm or until we meet our max intake for the day.
Walk-ins only - we do not take appointments. Please note we may end buying hours early due to meeting our intake limit per day.
Typical wait time is 20-30min per intake session.
HOT TIP: Weekdays are usually quickest.
prep checklist
Before you come in:
Right now, we are prioritizing spring and summer clothes.
Items must be brought in a reusable bag, basket, box (not on hangers and not in garbage bags).
Items must be clean/washed and dry.
Please bring no more than 30 items per visit (adjust as needed).
We reserve the right to limit intake during busy periods.
