We review items during dedicated Buy Hours:

Walk-In Days: Wednesday & Thursday
How walk in days work:

First come, first served, and each session runs about 30 minutes. We can take up to 8 people per day, and look at up to 20 items per person.

• The earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait. Spot 1 (10am) means no wait at all; by spot 8 (1:30pm) it's roughly a 3.5-hour wait, since each session takes about 30 minutes.

• When you walk in you can check to see our wait list and time slots that are avavilable, then put your name down for a time slot that works for you.

• Your clothes have to stay with you until it's your turn, we're not able to accept drop-offs.

• If you're not able to check in at your time slot, we may have to give your spot to someone else.

Appointment Days: Friday & Saturday

Appointment sign-ups open 48 hours prior and close 2 hours before.

Typical wait time is 20-30min per intake session.

We thoughtfully go through each item and select what we know our community is excited to shop for. Anything we don’t purchase can go to our donation rack, and whatever someone feels moved to give goes directly to our featured local nonprofit for the month.
